Class Monitoring
AQEC monitors the classes in the following manner:

Teachers arriving later than the allocated time for a class shall be considered late and shall not be allowed any grace period.
Late attendance in a calendar month shall be subject to disciplinary action by the Directorate of HRM.
Break time allowed for a 180-minute class is 30 minutes at the mid of the class. Break time exceeding 30 minutes would be considered breach of policy subject to disciplinary action by the Directorate of HRM.
Break time allowed for a 90-minute class is 15 minutes at the end of the class. Break time exceeding 15 minutes would be considered breach of policy subject to disciplinary action by the Directorate of HRM.
Number of lectures delivered shall be counted as per the class monitoring reports. The desired number of lectures at the time of midterm examinations is 8, and 16. While, at final examinations, 16 and 32 sessions (excluding the Midterm and Final Exams).
Reports
AQEC is responsible to submit all monitoring reports direct to Competent Authority on the fortnightly basis. On the behalf of reports necessary actions are taken to the Competent Authority.
